The morning Ulysse is to awake her. The weather is always gray and it rains. She is not in a hurry. She rises finally at 7h17 and, as yesterday, they both leave. She returns at 8h30, then at 8h50 and 9h.
We
see her
inspecting the nest, positioning back of the straw and also throwing
out materials
from the nest. This strongly resembles morning housekeeping.
All day gloomy and rain. Cool (
She
brings down
now and then, and rest in the nest long moments.
We have not
heard him often sing today, save, of course, in the morning wakening.
But
weather does not incite to linger on the terrace.
The great
tit became a regular and passes every evening and sings on the terrace.
She is
much more apprehensive to noise than the blue ones and flies away at
the faintest
noise. When the window is open she hears the release of the reflex
camera and
flies away.
She
must
nest very close, because she comes to sing, on our premises or in the
neighbor's
ones, its song of call, which carries very far. For the moment peace
returned
between blue and greats which crosses sometimes on the terrace around a
sunflower seed.
Our blues
does not pay any attention to our movements behind the pane and now
very little
even if we are outside. They come and perch just beside us. Of course,
they
prefer us far way, but tolerate us.
At 20h08 she goes to bed, adapts her pillows.
New featherdressing for the night.
Night similar to previous one. She wakes up regularly and does no sleeps more than 30 minutes in a row.

They share
the day between long moments on the terrace, calm moments, she in the
nesting
box where she almost falls asleep and him waiting out outside and the
intervals
where they are gone. At 16h she had entered 25 times in the nesting
box. They
leave then during 2h30.
At 20h13 she goes to bed.

April
The
weather
is nice. As usual, he sings early sings in the morning as he waits for
his
belle. And we, we wait fro the lovebirds.
The
belle finally
leaves at 7h05.
They will leave together, as in all mornings.
Then, at about 10h, she does his morning housekeeping.
Such a beautiful day on
the birch under the Sun. It is14h30.
The evening she returns to sleep at 20h12. She reset a little the pillows, as usual, and shuteye.
Our visitor great tit seems less and less wild and comes more and more often. She doesn't like the noise, but comes easily beside us on the terrace. She seems ringed, but it is just cotton (we tried to help to the nest development of the nest, with limited success) who clung to his leg. There are still some frictions with the blue ones.

Still
a
splendid day and weather warms.
10h: morning cleanup. She beats the rugs outside. And that resembles really a cleanup. She selects materials, takes out large moss or down billfuls, perches in the sun beside the nest and starts to clean its beakful wedged between the claws, dropping certain bits. Then she takes again what remains and returns it to the nest. Then she exits with the next rug.
